As someone who’s done a fair bit of personal and professional development over the years, finding the right person to work with and get the best out of you can be a bit of a challenge. I’m never sure whether I need a coach or a mentor or therapist because there is so much cross over when you’re working in a small business where you are the metaphorical chief cook and bottle washer.

And then you find someone like Clare Fuller. Clare has an extraordinary ability to see into the heart of the matter be that something on a personal level that needs gentle handling, or a more nuts and bolts issue that impacts the bottom line of your business. She somehow knows when to nail you the wall and hold you accountable, and when to more subtly hold your hand as you explore something deeper and closer to home.

I’ve worked with many mentors and advisors but working with Clare moved me forward more swiftly and more authentically than ever before. I gained a great deal of clarity around who I am and who I want to be in business, carefully making the distinctions of what’s in line with my core values and what is not. So important to get clear on this and operate in alignment with it.

In short, I put my hand on my heart with gratitude for this very gifted lady and I can confidently and without a single shred of doubt recommend you work with her as soon as you possibly can if you want to gain a sense of wholeheartedness around who you are in your personal and professional life.

Silent counselling was completely new to me as a type of therapy so I didn’t really know what to expect, however Clare was able to explain the process and the science behind silent counselling in a clear and concise manner so I felt reassured without any pressure to ‘perform’ during my sessions.

Clare was warm and welcoming and I immediately felt at ease within the session setting; she made me feel like we had all the time in the world.  Silent Counselling has enabled me to release issues from my past that I didn’t even know I was holding on to; it has helped me explore past trauma and make connections with present and potential future concerns in a safe and controlled manner with immediate effect – this is something I have not experienced with other ‘talking’ therapies. The sessions felt resolution focused so after each one, I felt progress had been made.

I would recommend Clare as a Silent Counselling coach if you are feeling stuck, curious or want to be free of something that has been holding you back; Clare can offer support and guide you through the process of releasing tensions and trauma you may not have even realised you were holding onto in the first place.

Clare has worked with my 15 year old daughter for around 6 months and the progress she has made has been fantastic.

My daughter was struggling with extreme anxiety and was showing signs of what I thought was the beginning of an eating disorder.

Through Clare’s work with her I’m delighted to say that my daughter’s eating is much more regulated and so is her nervous system. The amount of emotional outbursts she has has vastly reduced and she is so much calmer.

Clare is so good at holding a safe non judgemental space which is essential for progress and healing. My daughter has really trusted her and been able to share anything that she’s needed to.

I can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done for her Clare!

I went to see Clare for support with a very severe needle phobia—I was due to have an injection and was genuinely terrified. From the moment our session began, Clare’s soothing voice and calm, reassuring presence immediately put me at ease. Her gentle, patient, and encouraging approach made the whole experience not just bearable, but actually enjoyable.

When the day of the injection came, I drove myself there. I was a little tearful, yes—but no one had to hold me down, which felt like a huge win for me. That alone speaks volumes about the transformation I experienced.

I’m so grateful to Clare for making such a difference. If you're struggling with a phobia, I can’t recommend her enough.

When I was struggling with depression and an eating disorder, many lovely women from church offered their support, but Clare was the only one I felt truly safe with. We barely knew each other, and when she first reached out, I didn’t want to talk at all.

But Clare gently persisted. She showed up without pressure, just kindness - and gave me a warm, loving hug that made me feel safe, seen and held. Since then our relationship has deepened, and I feel calm and secure talking about my struggles with her.

She’s walked with me through some of my darkest days, adapting her support in ways that meet me exactly where I am. I’ve made huge steps forward and finally feel like I’m enjoying life again.

Clare is one of the most compassionate, present, joy-filled people I know. There are so many hurting people in the world who desperately need help, and I am so excited to know that Clare could be that light and hope for them; she truly is a ray of joy and sunshine. Thank you so much Clare!

Katie, Chippenham

I have known Clare for 4 years and our friendship has deepened especially over the last year as she has provided weekly support and coaching for our teenage daughter who has been struggling with an eating disorder and depression.

Having tried various other approaches and counselling it was heart-breaking to see that Katie was not making much improvement and in fact her depression had become worse.

Our daughter felt Clare was someone who could really understand and empathise with her and we were amazed that after the very first NLP session her depression tangibly lifted.

With Clare’s creative approach she has continued to help Katie address some of the underlying emotions that have been causing her anxiety and with her gentle guidance Katie is making baby-steps towards full health and independent eating.

Clare has worked very closely with us as parents and has been an amazing source of support and encouragement to me as a mother. I am so humbled and grateful that someone like Clare has taken the time to invest in my daughter’s well-being and to feel that we are not alone in this struggle.
