My Faith: A Love Story, Not a Religion

My journey with God hasn’t been about ticking boxes or getting everything right. It’s been a love story - often messy, always real.

I don’t follow a religion. I follow a Person. I have a relationship with the One who met me in my pain, sat with me in the silence, and whispered truth when shame screamed loudest.

Although I go to church, my faith isn’t about Sunday rituals or a set of rules. It’s a daily relationship, a two-way connection, with a God who knows me deeply and still calls me “beloved.” He doesn’t wait for me to be perfect. He meets me in the middle of my brokenness and brings healing, hope, and restoration from the inside out.

This love has shaped every part of who I am — how I mother, how I lead, how I serve, and how I hold space for others. It’s the anchor in my storms, the fire behind my purpose, and the steady hand I lean on when life feels uncertain.

If you’re searching for more - not religion, not performance, but real love that sees and heals - you’re not alone. I’ve been there. And I’ve found that the journey back to yourself often begins with a quiet whisper: “You are fully known. You are fully seen. You are fully loved.”

Faith is a big part of my own healing journey, so at times I may naturally speak about God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit when sharing from my personal experience. But I don’t bring religion into coaching sessions. This space is for you, and I’ll always honour where you are, whether faith is familiar, uncertain, or not part of your story at all.
